Booked for 3 nights, hotel is extremely dirty. Elevator is not working. booking said free breakfast, there was no breakfast, no coffee maker at property, staff was lazy and non-cooperative. Bathrooms were in terrible condition. room was not cleaned. room key did not work many times, have to go to front desk to get it re-activated. Will never recommend this hotel. Cheap hotel, but not worth it.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! First off I booked the room because my home was getting work done and we had to be away from it for some days. I book the room close by my house and also because it had a pool and also because they also had a kitchen and houston weather was at 100 plus degrees here. The guy who checked me in was very kind and friendly. Horrible stay First, something was wrong with the door key, had to go from the 3rd floor to the lobby several times because they keys didn’t work. The 3rd time the clerk should have assisted me himself trying the keys to see what was wrong, however the 5th time I insisted he go to my room to try the key, it work for him. I tried again afterwards it didn’t work for me. I have stayed in many hotels and I know how to use the keys to the doors, but this is not the worst thing about this room.
