The hotel has cockroaches running around!!!

This hotel is barely functioning. Stairs and the halls are smelly. Confirmed reservations can be denied at checking in with no room available. It happened to is twice. We booked this hotel due to the weather issue and our area and no power at home.

The pull out bed to sleep two was absolutely awful. Multiple outlets, the cooking light & vent did not work. Very limited amount of cookware and plates available. 4 small plates for 5 people. Swimming pool was not open, Water was greenish with debris floating in the pool.

Bath tub was so dirty, stinks. I have to use a towel to cover the tub so I can walk in to take a shower. Room smells like some people have been smoke, kitchen sink dirty too.

too many cockroaches. The stove worked for a moment and stopped working. I think the worst thing is the cockroaches.

I booked 3 rooms. But only got two rooms. And both rooms washroom door lock were not working at all. Room lights also had problems. Some times they worked other time it did not.
