Ext Stay Amer isn't Green. Not accepting cash is an inconvenience that will prevent me from staying at the hotel again.

Houston Stay Upgraded room only to find problem with microwave and refrigerator. Reported issues but were not addressed in the remaining 4 days I was there. The last night I was there, I turned on the light and found bugs in the room.
