They served me well Nice functional room for a quick stay in a desirable area. Very good price for a nice comfortable bed , nice shower and bathroom , nice kitchenette and very close to the woodlands. For a budget Woodlands area motel , you cannot beat it.

Hard stay I had to wait 30 Minutes to check in, there is no ice machine on the property, and the place is under construction. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Necessity Stayed here over night due to home repairs. Friendly staff during check in. However the hotel and rooms need renovation! Also there wasn't breakfast as promised. Not bad for a temporary/short stay!

The first room I was given the a/c did not work. The desk staff did arrange for me to move to another room after a wait. Overall a decent stay but felt a little overpriced for the condition and Location.

ESA Woodlands My room smelled like weed. My 2nd night people were smoking weed outside and the A/C sucked it in my room. The bed was not comfortable, and the table was falling apart. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
