Extended Stay America Houston - The Woodlands I had no problem with my stay at all except that they ran out of bathroom tissue and the security people! We had to go purchase our own bathroom tissue. It just made no sense that a hotel could run out in the first place and then not go purchase more when they saw there was a need. The lady at the front desk just said We're out. Sorry. and shrugged. average hotel was clean and comfortable, BUT do not forget your belongings after you check out because they will not return it!!!!! i came back 15 mins after checking out and couldn't they couldn't find my Blackberry charger.

I spent my entire night killing roaches all over the walls in the bed, crawling out of the pictures on the wall. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never stay at a motel in my life again. Horrible experience!

Nightmare hotel Roaches Roaches Roaches So bad I got moved to another room still found another roach. While I was there someone that was staying informed to check for bed bugs in my bed that previous person left that room because of bed bugs. Horrible Hotel Hell

First room had trash piled up and no sheets on the bed, the second room had roaches

Room was super messy. Not clean at all. Had to even wear sandals in the shower. Don’t recommend it. Ohh and the people in the front don’t charge you until you leave. I had the money cash and was going to pay they charged my card at the end of the stay.
