My flight was delayed and I arrived past 1 am. The front desk attendant did not let me check in due to them selling the room that I had already paid for with no refund so I had to go looking for another hotel at that time in the night. They can keep the money but I can't use that I paid for.

Hotel staff are very nice very sweet lady very polite and accommodating however the room was filthy I mean absolutely filthy the tub had clearly not been cleaned hair pubic hair mold mildew scum all over they had not been cleaned the toilet had pubic hair on the toilet paper had pubic hair on it it was absolutely filthy and disgusting it was not a king or queen size bed it was only a fool the sheets were dirty there was no curtain on the window for privacy and the sink did not even have hot and cold water the door had previo... read more
