The kitchen cabinet had big hole on the side of the room. The floors were dirty. No breakfast

First room didn’t have power so I had to get another room. The second room smelled bad. The bathroom was worse. There were shady people in the property looking at my car. I didn’t feel safe with my kids, so I left. I disputed this and I lost the case, that it was customers responsibility. How is the room looking terrible my responsibility ? How is the shady people my responsibility? Don’t ever book a place like this. It’s terrible and not safe and definitely not clean inside the room. Please think again.

The entire place looked like a run down very abused hotel. Every room looked like somone had urinated in frontvof the door, our room smelled terrible and the bathroom door had no doorknob so you could not shut the door are you could not get out. Tha staff was unfriendly and there were many vagrants hanging around the property. The sign in the parking lot said dont leave anything in your car and the security guard on property made it clear you could be robbed. Worst hotel experience i have had on Expedia.

No breakfast the room had holes in the wall and dirty clothes.

The lock was non functional their staff didn't respond to emails

There were big noticeable white patch work in the shower by the shower head and made me uncomfortable to shower there. Shower wasn’t cleaned.

Restroom had used razor, bathroom door doesn't lock, wall next to kitchenette sink is peeling off, hole on wall behind entrance door, no remote for tv, had to put a towel under dresser to prop it up cause the drawers woul not stay shut. Overall just a dirty stinky place. Freeway noise is excessive. Stayed there cause my car broke down literally across the street.

I didn't even get to stay there! We got there 2 hours early than went to check in. The guy at the front desk asked if we had any pets and i said yes we have a pet snake. He went and talked to somebody than came out and told us we cant stay there. Even after i said my snake is tiny and hes staying in the car. After driving 21600 miles we had to drive another hour! We will never try to stay there again!
