No hot water , smells like straight bleach , holes in the wall but clean towels

Avoid at all cost! First of all Roaches all over the room. Then Bed Bugs in all the pillow cases and on the bed. Roaches in the fridge and a pair of drity panties in the bathroom. We told them we couldn't stay and that we needed a refund. They wouldn't give us a refund. So take heed and don't stay here.

This place needs to be studied. Worst possible place. Very dirty. Very unsafe. Unpleasant. Did I mention unsafe already? I do NOT recommend. They have roaches, no towels, random people standing outside. Breakfast was sickening. Not welcoming. The rooms are not what the pictures are like. The rooms claim to be smoke free, yet, you walk in and immediately weed smell hits you in the face. Very poorly place for being in The Woodlands ara. So embarrassing and gross

This hotel had quite a bit of cons. The most prominent was the cleanliness of the hotel. There were many insects including cockroaches and bedbugs that were crawling all over. The bedbugs even gave us rashes all around our bodies. Additionally, there was no purified drinking water at all, even at the front desk. Moreover, the air conditioning released unpleasant odors that smelled like gas. I reserved and paid for an entire week because I’ve never had an issue with Extended Stay America before. They’re not super nice, but they’ve always been relatively clean. This one was in the location that was ideal for me. I get to the hotel and check in and the receptionist gives me a key. I go to the room and open the door and there’s people laying on the bed doing drugs.
