Not the best, not the worst... The room was fine (comfortable and quiet), the staff was friendly. I had to find a place close to downtown Houston because of icy road conditions. What put me off was the unexpected $100 deposit. Normally, I leave a card on file in case of additional expenses, but they've never actually taken money off the card, then promise to give it back IF the room is in good shape. I thought that was excessive.

Extended Stay Richmond I love the area the hotel is in. Check in was easy, and the hostess was very friendly. The room was spotless as well. I would definitely go back.
