ESA WestChase The outside could use some care and love, just maybe a good sweeping. The lobby was clean but not sparkling. The elevator needs a good cleaning, the hallways are in need of scrubbing, the room was comfortable, but the easy chair needs to be replaced - hard to get the foot rest up.

Close to China Town friendly staffs, fair price, great location to China town and Asian Center.

Most hotels have staff to meet needs during the night... this one does not. The stay was enjoyable enough.
