Dirtiest stay ever I read the reviews on the site before staying here and thought that this would be a good value. Well it was one of the worse experiences. There were missing utensils and dishes, and the dishes that were there were put away dirty (old food still on them). Then a strange odor came from the bed. you get what you pay for Rooms are very outdated and minimal. receptionist was very unfriendly. Even though the hotel was less than 50% full, when I arrived at noon, I was told that check-in was not until 2.30pm. Fortunately, a more senior person was available who understood the concept of customer service and gave me a room. Need to better train the front desk personell. Location is OK, close to Beltway 8, but that also brings with it the noise.

The worst hotel experiece ever The staff was Very rude. The bed was uncomfortabe and squeaky. The a/c was so loud you couldn't hear each other talk. The tv didn't work right, the few channels we could get were snowy. The room stank to high heaven. Lots of people hanging around in the halls. When we asked the staff for an extra pillow, (the two that were already there were flat and lumpy) we were told they didn't have any pillows to spare. Not impressed promised none smokers room but my room stunk of cigarrete smoke They have o lot of room for improvement

Tons of room....for imporvement This hotel was horrible. Only smoking room available even though we booked non smoking rooms.No maid service even if requested. If you want anything extra good luck getting it.

Okay for the Money I stayed here for a weekend and I was very disappointed that they did not give me clean sheets nor did they make the bed.
