horrible service No night receptionist, only laundry attendant will be of service to u. Could not find my reservation for a hr. Horrible service period.

Don't count on non-smoking I reserved a non-smoking room, but when I got there, there were none available. Upon check-in, the desk clerk claimed the room was non-smoking, but on a smoking corridor. I knew he lied when I saw the ash tray in the room. They probably tried to cover the smell, but was unsuccessful. In addition, the refrigerator/freezer was not working properly. Although it was set at the coldest setting, my freezer pack was still liquid after spending the entire night in the freezer. I will never stay at this hot... read more

This hotel didn't offer hair dryer,bath lotion and shampoo in the room. I ended up buying those items since it was definitely a necessary items. The room key is not working well, you need to activate every day. I'm not going to stay here again.

awful He service was awful i moved twice because the room was so dirty i still dont believe that the bed as a queen it slept and appeared to be a full the tv was tiny and had no connections..the channels were limited and staticy.. i was very disappointed

Pay more stay elsewhere! For the price I paid i was not expecting too much. However, clean sheets, more than 2 towels, and just and over all poor quality. The bed was as hard as a rock, the sheets had stains and a burn hole in them. When we asked for more towels we were told to bring the ones we had down and they would exchange them. Not sure I got what i paid for.

Too much noise Was up have the night due to too much noise. The person in the room above paced all night and I heard every foor step. The walls apparently have no sound proofing, I could hear everything in adjacent rooms, not a pleasure.

Hotel in Houston My Hotel room was nice and clean but was too noisy. I was awakened at Midnight by patrons above me, and again at 5:30 am. The Hotel does not seem to be built well. The floors squeak, and its just was too noisy for me. I do not plan to stay here again!

Westchase My mattress pad was very soiled as well as my sheets, everything else was ok.
