I got a smoking room even though I requested a non-smoking. It was a terrible night. Towels looks stained

Not too bad Was in the hood part of town But it wasn't too bad, the staff were very nice. There was a hair on the toilet seat.

Horrible I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is a lot of activity and very noisy. Staff is not very friendly. I felt very unsafe staying at this hotel and ended up paying for another hotel up the street. Do not stay here!

Dissapointed Disappointed. I had a reservation and the room was given away to another person. I was given the last room available which a smoking room. I tossed and turned all night because the room smelled terrible. I was the third person in line and it took the employee at least 20 minutes each to check us in. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay away My room was extremely unclean. I had a maintenance guy working on the bathtub drain and toilet for my first hour there. He failed to fix the toilet and it ran the entire two days (AND NIGHTS) I was there. The first night I got three hours sleep because of the noise in the hotel. The towels all had hairs and stains on them. The bed sheets were unclean and you could see the hair underneath them. I lifted the bed sheets to sweep the hairs away and half the mattress was yellowed with who knows what! There were unfortun... read more
