convent escape to most roadways. We have stayed here many times in the past and thought we would try it again since there seem to be an upgrade. New signs, fresh presentation however, as we walked down the hallway on the first floor (which we were informed was smokefree) we could smell smoke. Later that evening from our bathroom vent, more smoke and greasy smells. Not good. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and plesant.

You get what you pay for The hotel was below average. The bathroom sink had cracks in it, the A/C was very noisy, we had to find a maid to get shampoo, the front desk would not give us a wake up call and the breakfast was embarrassing. If you are looking for something cheap, you might like this hotel.

Live a little less happy for not a great price! Very dirty & noisy hotel. Toilet brown stained like it has not been clean for weeks. Bath tub's drain clogged so when showing one can feel very dirty on his/her feet. Toilet's water tank kept making water pumping sound occationally. And neighbour rooms chitchat was going on through late at night; very difficult to have a peaceful time for resting at night.

Extended Stay America I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Very disappointed overall. The front desk was rude. Room service was rude. Room smelled nasty. The lobby smelled like smoke. Just overall not satisfied. Would never stay in this location in future trips.

If you like staying with women of the night, drug dealers and filthy rooms, you'll love this place. This place should be raided by the police! And sign should say "we rent by the hour". We saw people dealing drugs out of one of the rooms near ours, saw a woman of the nightwaiting for her john in the lobby, a hobo wandering our hallway harrassing us. Our first entry into the room, we found the bathroom exhaust fan hanging from the ceiling by 2 wires directly above the toilet. My husband had to fix it himself. White socks turn... read more

Unpleasant experience We booked a room with king size bed 1 week ago. When we arrived, they told us king size bed was not available. They gave us the queue size with the same price. Also they said we booked the hotel through 3rd party and they won't guarantee the bed size and rate. In the end, they switched us to the different location in the same area.. queen size bed.

Displeased I would recommend this Hotel to no one. Rooms are in terrible disarray. People who are allowed to stay here, seem to be running side line businesses from the hotel. I was surprised rooms weren't offered by the hour. Save your money stay somewhere decent. I got no sleep while staying here! Waste of Money.
