front desk clerk was brainless, no housecleaning unless ask for it and pay extra ( i was told ), and no reciept was given although requested.

Expensive at half the price The elevator was broken The stopper in the sink did not work and the shower handle was broken. No bath mat so I had to use one of the two towels provided. The tiny soap disks and the towels were rough enough to defoliated hogs Good things were the staff, the full size refrigerator. Breakfast was too minimal to qualify as continental but coffee was ok

It is a last minute thing, but regret to book this brand and should be first time and last time to do it again. There is trash left in the room, all the towels were used.....a very bad feeling.

Not worth the money I was not satisfied with my stay this hotel. I didn't think it was worth the money i paid for a one night stay. The room was muggy, smoke detector was removed from ceiling, sink didn't drain properly and it smelled like a dirty old vegas hotel. I hate leaving negative reviews but I will never stay at this hotel or chain of hotels again.

Horrible!!! Hotel did not have a pleasant smell! Room was dirty and towels were not clean!! Very disappointed!

bad hospitality How can u go to a hotel and they are saying they don't give room service because u only going to be there for three nights. Then there wasn't any towels in my room when I gat in I asked for towels and the hotel didn't even have any clean towels for almost a hole day I mean I pay for the room it isn't free so why should I not have any service , plus the bathroom wasn't even really clean. The staff there seemed lazy or something
