too much for the price. uncleanliness

Bad everything was bad at this location the room was under renovation and the front desk agent said she didn't know that the room was under renovation so we had to find a another hotel somewhere in Katy Texas which I didn't not wanted to go but me and my was very tried so it was not the I deal vacation we were looking for the new years holiday I will never book a room at extended stay hotel the hotel was horrible Nothing

Horrible, will never stay there again. At check-in they wanted cash as the internet was down. The elevator broke down and took one day to fix it. The room was smelly. Some staff were rude. Nothing

I had a terrible experience at the extended stay the stable uncomfortable and have roaches in the ro It was totally terrible I would never go back to that extended stay ever again Well I got to the location the manager had a very disrespectful attitude and when I got to my room I had left to come back from work they stole my property out of my room so clothing and cleaning products and I asked to get my money back they refuse to give me my money back.

REFUND FOR MY EARLY CHECK OUT Roaches in my room. Someone was banging on my door trying to twist my door knob I called to the office she told me to just tell them to go away. I checked out earlier on Saturday I need my refund they had roaches

The place is just has poor customer service. poor communication. Not the cleanest . I will never go back due to the rude has roaches, front desk staff African lady very very rude and un caring. location and full kitchen
