Disappointing There were issues with fire, water, folks were smoking in a non smoking facility as such the entire floor constantly smelled of smoke. The staff were friendly

Absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. Staff denied my reservation. Stranded me for hours after I had to have booking.com call and show proof of my reservation. Then hotel said they were too full , wouldn’t refund me, finally put me in a dirty room late at night saying they were short staffed on house keeping. Room was never cleaned for 12 days despite my request after 6 days , and everyday after that. Needed new keys everyday. Tons of safety issues as exit doors were constantly propped open with socks. Absolutely Horrible, This Place Is Roach Infested and Nasty, Dirty Is Too Clean Of A Word. This Place Should Be Condemne This small box is not big enough to share all the dislikes. The Smell Is Unbearable, The Roaches Are Everywhere! Absolutely Nothing!

Why? The room had roaches. The sofa was damaged. The remote didn't and the battery was the original hadn't been changed. The pool wasn't nor was there breakfast. All in which we pay for when staying which be the reason for booking at these places Location and the staff

Not a great experience Room was full of cockroaches, half burners on stove did not work. Fan in bathroom did not work, had a scent of marijuana when it was a non-smoking room. The room we chose was not given to us.
