Pleasant You definitely don't feel safe, people walking around outside all hours of the night, people sitting in vehicles watching people. As soon as we got to our rooms we saw one roach in one of the bathrooms alive, the pull-out couch bed doesn't have a sheet and the mattress is nasty, we had 2 rooms both rooms were the same situation. I wouldn't count on being able to use it. The Wifi is absolutely horrible, we couldn't connect any of our devices to it after successfully signing in so we ended up just using hotspot. She treats people like they’re living in a homeless shelter and needs her help The staff young lady on morning shift was soooo rude to me. First night someone knocked on door saying you have a leak and I said no because I didn’t know of the leak. Next day I noticed a leak so I told them about it so I guess it was reported by the person before me but again I didn’t notice the leak to the next day. Not a very nice place to stay. Go somewhere else. Hallways were dirty, elevator was dirty, walls were scuffed, bathroom fixtures were corroded, mattress was old and not at all comfortable. I have been in nicer, cleaner freshman dorm rooms at the end of the first semester. Price $59/night but I got what I paid for. Never stay here again
