She treats people like they’re living in a homeless shelter and needs her help The staff young lady on morning shift was soooo rude to me. First night someone knocked on door saying you have a leak and I said no because I didn’t know of the leak. Next day I noticed a leak so I told them about it so I guess it was reported by the person before me but again I didn’t notice the leak to the next day. Not a very nice place to stay. Go somewhere else. Hallways were dirty, elevator was dirty, walls were scuffed, bathroom fixtures were corroded, mattress was old and not at all comfortable. I have been in nicer, cleaner freshman dorm rooms at the end of the first semester. Price $59/night but I got what I paid for. Never stay here again
