Close to UAH The location was good. The grounds were clean. All of the items in the room worked as they were supposed to. The following could use some attention. The linens were clean but wrinkled like they get wadded up in a basket until use. The pillows are in need of replacing. They are flat and mismatched. The inside of the refrigerator was clean, but the outside needed a wipe down. The showerhead promptly turned good water pressure into a light mist, which also decreased the temperature considerably. Room was non-smoking but had been smoked in and not cleaned well. I was assured they were fined, offered Febreeze that I needed to return and that management would be informed.

We have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean to remove the smell. This hotel was very close to the attractions we wanted to see so it was very convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. Nothing fancy but just right for our needs. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was just right. I would stay there again!

Room was clean and desk folks were friendly. Safe area and centrally located. No ice machine (make your own in room fridge) and no creamer for coffee.
