Great customer service!! So, we had originally planned to stay 2 nights and were unable to do so. Paul, the front desk clerk, was amazing! He was patient and helped us get in touch to change reservation. When I realized I had been charged a no show fee bc the original reservation was not cancelled by Hotels.com after speaking with them, Paul came to the rescue and helped us get the refund that was charged! He is a definite asset to the company!! Made the difference in everything.

Great customer service I had an amazing stay and this hotel has amazing customer service. The bed was great as well and made it easier to get the rest needed after driving for several hours.

Neat,comfy and tidy Front clerk Ammie was friendly, professional and informative. She check me in, explained all the amenities and how to access them. The room was clean, fresh smelling with no cover up fragrance. The bed and pillows was firm and comfy. It was quiet even through the night,I felt secure.
