Could be better I am sadly surprised at the downfall the Extended Stay America that I know before COVID. This is my first trip after COViD. I used to love the amenities of doing some cooking on my trip. After COVID NO utensils or kitchen stuff are there. I came to front desk and request for some items because they do not have all as before. Average place to stay, ok for me, I would not take a female there.

Front desk staff is very helpful.
Expedia bot incorrectly told me there was an airport shuttle when there was not. The bit even asked for my flight number and arrival time and assured me that the shuttle would be there. Talking with the hotel staff this is a regular problem.
