It was awesome great customer service
It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table. Mucha trankilidad, llevo 6 semanas aqui personas muy amable y me gusta, aunque casi me voy ,Pero un sitio super trankilo un lugar fenomenal..
Except for the helpful staff who accommodated my early checkin and late checkout requests, nothing went well for my stay at this hotel.
