Room was extremely filthy and the shower didn’t work. We called the front desk and no one answered to help. We had to go downstairs and someone finally came to the front desk. The lady informed us that they do not have anyone to fix the issue and they did not have any available rooms. She informed us that we would get a full refund since we had to secure a totally different hotel at the last minute.

This hotel managed to screw every part of the stay up. The place was horrible they didn't have continental breakfast that I paid for and they didn't have water or coffe. They didn't have change for the vending machine you had to leave for everything. The shower was horrible there's big patches and missing chunks out of the tub the water had black specks that came out of the faucet. Bathroom shower had no hot water pressure. The plumbing fixtures needs replaced. We did not take a shower, but we had to use a wash towel to clean up. Not a great experience. Staff was great.

The whole hotel smelled of smoke and weed. Rooms were filthy and the mattresses were stained. We didn’t even stay. I checked in and then checked right back out.

Kudos to Megan! She was doing everything by herself with no additional staff assistance. The first room the tv didn’t work. The second room the tv remote didn’t work, there was less than half a roll of toilet paper and the phone didn’t work. Someone’s dog steadily barking didn’t help. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Should get a refund.

Honestly I'm confused with this one. I'll just be straight up about it all to. So i forgot to cancel this reservation because you know life happens and you Honestly forget to do so on the hotels cancelation policies. But the thing is they say 24 hours to cancel but i booked the hotel during, early late morning hours like 1 or maybe 2 am so by policy could not cancel or let me cancel even if i tried.
