Very nice stay Room was really nice, wish there was a coffee maker in room. Disappointed no glasses or dishes in room.

Brooms Asked front desk for a broom after housekeeping hours to clean up a spill in the kitchen area and they told me they do not lend out their brooms. I have stayed with this hotel chain for two weeks i think ive stayed and paid enough to pay for 100 brooms to be lent 1

Bring your own broom The rooma are very nice and the staff seems delightful however I asked the frontdesk for a broom due to a spill in the kitchen area but thry denied me a room saying they could not lend them out. Which is bull considering already have limited house keeping so now i have to inconveniently purchase a broom to remain staying in a clean area.

Need late check out I really needed a late checkout and wish the hotel could have accommodated me that one hour. Other than that, the stay.

Megan came banging on my door several times at 330am telling me that I had to get out because SHE had no recollection of anyone being in this room. When I open the door she said ain’t nobody to be in here how I get in here I told her I made reservation and checked in with the other lady around 830pm.
