Brooms Asked front desk for a broom after housekeeping hours to clean up a spill in the kitchen area and they told me they do not lend out their brooms. I have stayed with this hotel chain for two weeks i think ive stayed and paid enough to pay for 100 brooms to be lent 1

Bring your own broom The rooma are very nice and the staff seems delightful however I asked the frontdesk for a broom due to a spill in the kitchen area but thry denied me a room saying they could not lend them out. Which is bull considering already have limited house keeping so now i have to inconveniently purchase a broom to remain staying in a clean area.

Need late check out I really needed a late checkout and wish the hotel could have accommodated me that one hour. Other than that, the stay.

No blankets and the heater wouldn't work eight. I froze my ass off

Bathroom shower had no hot water pressure. The plumbing fixtures needs replaced. We did not take a shower, but we had to use a wash towel to clean up. Not a great experience. Staff was great.
