Switch rooms to a more dirty room. Black mold in the showers first room had old deodorant and napkins in the couch next room had glasses under bed and room wasn’t swept couch was falling apart. Hallways stunk like a$$

Breakfast note said none due to "shipping delays," by the looks of things there had been "shipping delays" for a long time. Room didn't seem clean or in good condition, very dated and only a thin blanket. Also, in order to have a cup for water you had to order a package that included dishes, cups, flatware etc. I used a disposable coffee cup from the lobby in the morning. Not favorably impressed.

Checked in at 5 PM. No front desk clerk. Stood there for 10 minutes. Got to our room. No sheets or comforter on bed. Went back to front desk and was supposedly upgraded for free. Get to new room and there is no couch in the living area. Front desk says there are couches in some room, not in others? So what were we upgraded to? Room was dirty and neither TV remotes worked. Property was filthy, noisy, and smelled like weed.

They ask me for a deposit having the room paid. It took more than 10 minutes to checking, nothing was working, the key machine, the iPad for the signatures…

Worst hotel stay in 20 years Bathroom shower was not working properly. Couch in one of the rooms was uncomfortable. The other room only had 1 chair. Toilets were very easily clogged. The first night it clogged and i was told they did not have a plunger. AC did not work and the room was hot.

my 1st room they put me in the sofa was missing. holes in walls. missing pictures. dishwasher had dirty dishes. cabinet faceings and drawers missing. roach eggs in drawers. the bathroom sink looked like it was never cleaned someone locked up in it. holes in doors. I went straight to office showed her pictures and said move me why would you give a room like that. 2md room was better dishwasher nasty. no locks on windows I had to stuff cardboard down in windows so the window wouldn't go up.
