my 1st room they put me in the sofa was missing. holes in walls. missing pictures. dishwasher had dirty dishes. cabinet faceings and drawers missing. roach eggs in drawers. the bathroom sink looked like it was never cleaned someone locked up in it. holes in doors. I went straight to office showed her pictures and said move me why would you give a room like that. 2md room was better dishwasher nasty. no locks on windows I had to stuff cardboard down in windows so the window wouldn't go up. Prostitutes and pimps, drug dealers, half of the rooms didn’t have either working fridge or stove, no couch or rollaway beds available, most staff were very rude, peeling on tubs, not clean, never had clean towels or sheets. Loud, people fighting, doing drugs, broken doors, way to expensive for the condition the hotel is in and manager refused to fix any fees or issues. Bad area to begin with. I would not stay here again. I switched rooms multiple times with all different issues in the few weeks I stayed here.
Uncleanliness and very unsafe.
Other than the transient (with a gun) arrest outside my room Friday Night, the lack of ANY water Saturday night and the charging of my $100 deposit I needed to dispute (with my credit card because you can't contact the actual hotel) when I got home, everything was good.
There was gum on the floor and the pillowcase the tub was filthy and pealing. There are some very questionable people that I assume live there and hanging out around the property. The staff was wonderful. They apologized profusely and refunded the night. I was only in the room for 10 mins before walking back out at asking for a refund.
Absolutely run down, not maintained, outdated just ghetto rooms. We booked a king suite with a fold out couch but when we checked in, it only was for 2. They said they dint have any that sleeps more with couches but it's clearly on their website. She could've told us that when we checked in with our kids that there was only 1 bed.
