Megan came banging on my door several times at 330am telling me that I had to get out because SHE had no recollection of anyone being in this room. When I open the door she said ain’t nobody to be in here how I get in here I told her I made reservation and checked in with the other lady around 830pm. Room was extremely filthy and the shower didn’t work. We called the front desk and no one answered to help. We had to go downstairs and someone finally came to the front desk. The lady informed us that they do not have anyone to fix the issue and they did not have any available rooms. She informed us that we would get a full refund since we had to secure a totally different hotel at the last minute.

This hotel managed to screw every part of the stay up. The place was horrible they didn't have continental breakfast that I paid for and they didn't have water or coffe. They didn't have change for the vending machine you had to leave for everything. The shower was horrible there's big patches and missing chunks out of the tub the water had black specks that came out of the faucet. Bathroom shower had no hot water pressure. The plumbing fixtures needs replaced. We did not take a shower, but we had to use a wash towel to clean up. Not a great experience. Staff was great.
