I was given the wrong room at first. Then the room I was given had a broken deadbolt lock, there was a washcloth on the floor on the other side of the bed, so it clearly had not been cleaned properly, the bath tub was cracked, the water pressure was non-existent, and the room and the entire hallway smelled like mold and mildew.

They over booked the rooms so i did not het the room i reserved. The room was nast, the mattress inside the pullout couch look as if someone ha been murdered on it. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them, the shower had mold. They acted as if was a huge inconvenience when wes asked for a roll of toilet paper. The grab and go coffee and breakfast was crap coffee amd a couple of muffins and not wnuff for all guests. It took an hour to check in because they did not jage rooms ready.

The property was very noisy, thin walls with people slamming doors at 2AM or kids yelling in the corridors at 7AM. Breakfast was inexistent. We were supposed to have breakfast included but there was no food, no juice, just drip coffee and hot water with a couple of tea bags available.

Our stay started with waiting the desk for almost ten minutes for someone to register us. They were folding laundry. Our room was in need of many repairs and cleaning as the photos show. The curtains wouldn’t stay shut. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling well. The beds were comfortable, but the tv was in the other room where only one chair was provided for viewing. Please help- this stay was awful! Seriously this stay was awful- and I don’t really know what I need to do to get this made right. At check in, I stood there waiting for 15 minutes because the system wasn’t working. The room was seriously atrocious. Missing cupboard doors, trim falling off, nail polish painted on multiple doors, dirty sheets. Such low water pressure nothing would come out of the shower. Just drops out of the tub faucet. Won't be staying here again I booked my stay back in April was told that they overbooked so they didn't have anything available, finally they had a cancelation so I got that room I was supposed to have a deluxe king suite the one I was given was a standard double room. The manager told me they'd have my room I originally booked in a fews days and I could just check back to see if it was available instead of him offering to contact me when it was.
