The elevator was out so we had to walk up 3 flights of stores to our room with a tired 8 year old. Beds were uncomfortably and tv remote did not work.

Professionalism As we were checking in a "friend" of the desk clerk was telling a colorful story. The conversation between the two should have paused while customers were present. The clerk did her best in doing her job, however, someone needed to tell the other person to step away.

Decent stay for the price, receptionist was hard to find for my check-out so i had to leave my card on the desk. Other than that the stay was good.
