Met needs but need to clean rooms better THE BAD...I know the Indy area so although not the best area, it suited my needs. Two biggest areas of concern were lack of cleanliness of the room and the lack of communication of the policy to auto-cancel rooms at 1am even if you tell them you will have a late check-in but I was only made aware of this when I was booking a second night directly through the hotel. The staff was OK, when we wanted to check out in the morning, no one was to be found. The bathroom floor was sticky.

Fine The hotel itself was OK. The front desk lady was helpful. The location pretty sketchy.
