Don't expect many amenities We would've assumed having a sofa bed in our room that you would've had sheets and pillows already in the closet of our room or at least given to us at time of check-in...but wasn't! We had to change rooms and the new key card didn't work so another trip downstairs to the front desk. Only one type of coffee was available in the morning and then when they remade it it was only hot water coming out - apparently staff is not trained in how to make coffee or keep coffee stocked! Nice hotel, newer looking...hard check-in Hotel is neat, clean and beds were very comfortable. We had called ahead to let them know we would be checking in late but no one told us there is a "special process" for late check in. No desk staff and a sign stating a number to call for assist. Called 3 times, phone rolled oved to answering service that could not help. Went knocking on staff doors to find someone. Found staff in laundry. No apology, no recognitiin the posted number rings to an empty room (we could hear it). There ... read more

so so stay at extended stay america great location but not charming experience not enough wash cloths no eating utensils or plates also few eat and go items
