Nice hotel, newer looking...hard check-in Hotel is neat, clean and beds were very comfortable. We had called ahead to let them know we would be checking in late but no one told us there is a "special process" for late check in. No desk staff and a sign stating a number to call for assist. Called 3 times, phone rolled oved to answering service that could not help. Went knocking on staff doors to find someone. Found staff in laundry. so so stay at extended stay america great location but not charming experience not enough wash cloths no eating utensils or plates also few eat and go items

Basic but price is good The staff at this hotel is very nice and are really trying to make everyone's stay great. The room itself is nice but lacks supplies. We did not have any maid service during our stay requiring us to retrieve necessary items like clean towels directly from the front desk. We didn't spend much time at the hotel so it was good for the price but was lacking in comforts.

Water pressure was meh Shower water pressure was meh. Bed itself was not uncomfortable, but the pillows were stiff and the blankets were not great. No shampoo provided for the shower.
