On-line views of this hotel is not what it is in reality nor it's reviews. When pulling up to the property you notice right away it needs a lot of TLC which then means obviously, you can expect the same on the inside. Hotel is dated, dirty & disappointing. Went inside to check in & the customer service or what should have represented the hotel chain was just as disappointing. There was no housekeeping, only like little muffins and two granola bars for breakfast, had to go get blankets for pull out couch, had to go down every night for towels never game to the room to clean or even pick up towels

I was really disappointed with this hotel. It was filthy - I have a 1 year old and her feet were completely black from walking on the floor. You could tell the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The "continental breakfast" was packages muffins and granola bars. When I asked at the front desk to have the room cleaned, they wanted to charge me! The location was ok, but the cleanliness was horrible. Being on vacation, I dont want to have to clean the hotel room. I wont be staying there again.

The phone on the nightstand had spiderwebs and small spiders on it, the hallway and room had unpleasant odors, the doors in all units (including mine) were out of adjustment requiring to be slammed to shut. Doors were slamming up and down the hall all evening. Dust everywhere, floors very dirty, and bathroom countertop had small pieces of trash on it.

DISGUSTING AND RUDE! We walked in to the lobby to check in and we’re immediately greeted by a lady yelling and complaining because of noise in the room beside her. (FANTASTIC first impression). I walk up to the counter and the ladies at the desk rudely asked for my ID while they were STILL dealing with the angry lady. Whatever, just give me the room key so we can get away from this desk. Dirty By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. When we complain about the sticky floor and smashed cigarette in the dresser, they gave us $10 off. When we discovered the rest they said they were transitioning to new housekeeping and they were sorry, but we'd have to take it up with Hotels.com. What???

Room was not good condition and smelled, they didn’t change sheets.

The unit we stayed in had a filthy sticky floor. There were no cooking implements whatsoever in the kitchen-strange for an extended stay place. The bed was way too hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no built in fan in the bathroom which was odd too. The ‘breakfast’ was minimal and we had no coffee maker in the room. Would never stay in one of these again. Your picture, Expedia, is not accurate as to what the property looks like.

The coffee maker wasn't working in the lobby for breakfast. We were offered a mini coffee maker for the room, but when we asked for coffee refills the front desk clerk didn't know where they were. Also, when checking in we switched rooms 3 times before settling on a semi clean room to stay in. I would not recommend staying at this property.
