Excellent customer service
The room was clean, staff was friendly. However one of the windows was broken and made me feel unsafe, the phone didn’t work and since it was a tournament weekend, all hotels in the area were booked, so I was kind of stuck.

Hotel = meh! With this hotel you get what you pay for: room door would stick/hard to open, packaged muffins for “breakfast”, had to ask for kitchen utensils and even then didn’t get a full set. For overnight and need for a full size fridge it was adequate but barely that.

Sofa sleeper would not close all the way, therefore we could not sit on it to watch tv. The door to our room was falling off the hinges. Had to lift up and slam doot to close it. I reported it to the front desk at checkout.
