I had someone walk into my room the key they programmed for them. Whenever I left my hotel for the evening; I return and I’m not able to enter my room because they have deactivated my key. I feel if I’m suppose to be there until Monday why would you only have my key work for one day. That’s an inconvenience. I had my children with me and the weather was bad so we are all getting wet trying to get to a room that I don’t have access to because they only set my key for one day.
