Needs new staffing. They are unprofessional and irresponsible.

Condition of room For me the room itself was great, but the air conditioner was not working well it was too hot at night.

Enjoyed my stay!!! It was a good stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice. I only stayed 1 night because I was passing through and needed a little rest. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed it.

Awful No cleaning in five days. If you wNt to somebody clean your room you have to pay a fee, seriously? Also if you want towels you must bring them to the reception. In conclusion, you go to an aparthotel without the services of a hotel. They should warn about this first thing. Awful

Room was not clean, shower rod broken, and pull out sofa bet mattress was dirty with numerous stains.

The property doesn’t have an elevator. The location is great. It’s close to restaurants, mall and grocery stores.

We like that it was a down to earth kind of hotel, no fancy stuff we were able to relax
