I have never refused to stay at a hotel before. I have never refused to stay at a hotel before. I am not a high maintenance person and often camp so my needs are minimal. There was no elevator so I had to lug a heavy suitcase upstairs. There were awful cooking smells in the hallway. The room was dark and dingy. Internet would not connect. It was too much. I left and found another hotel. The woman at the desk was understanding and lovely.

King of the extended stay hotels. We thought the hotel was the most comfortable and cleanest of the hotels we stayed.The staff was excellent and the room was the cleanest. the only thing we didn't like was not having an ice machine.

Never again The map link on the hotel.com takes to the wrong location. They have no record of my reservation and I am sitting on hold for 20 minutes with hotel.com because the representative for the hotel does not have the initiative to handle customer relations in regards to booking and reservations. Service sucks
Good room I stay here once a week, never have I had a problem.
