AC was broken But staff didn’t tell us then next day moved another room cockroach was on the floor.....

I never stayed at hotel. I called to cancel 3 times the same day and next day. I was still charged for the room even though i never checked in. I would like a refund and someone to call me. 360-824-0455. Mrs. Harris

This place is infested with roaches, and when I addressed the issue with the front desk they simply told me that there is nothing they can do about that.

Less than pleased. Our stay was not horrible but for the money we paid, we did not receive commensurate value. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy. The air in the room was stale as well. The staff person that signed us in was nice and helpful.

A Jungle Not a place to get comfort, quiet and peace. Lots barking dogs and loud kids.

Stayed in Room 321. Roach infestation. Adults and babies. Within 10 minutes of being in the room an adult was crawling around on my drink cup. When I told the desk clerk about it the next morning she told me I could have asked for an upgraded room. I didn’t know that the roaches knew to stay out of the nicer rooms.

Smelly Roach Motel First room smelled like pee and was not clean at all. Found two hairs in the bathroom upon walking in for the first time. Second room was nicer but was two full beds instead of the queen bed we wanted. Second room had a roach on the wall. Just awful.
