This is our third time staying at this location within 2 months and unfortunately it just seems to worsen. The first time it wasn’t too bad. BED BUGS, ANTS, AND WATER BUGS DON'T STAY HERE!!!! I came to Jacksonville for a funeral and my family all decided to book at Extended Stay. Big mistake room had bed bugs, got offered another room cheaper than what i paid for...that room had ants. My brother room had ants, my sister room had water bugs. This was the most horrible, and disgusting hotel visit. Spoke with mamager to request a refund. She didn't offer any help.

I had a friend come visit from another state. His first night in town I offered to book the room & he booked the rest of the stay. I turned in my key and continue to stay at the extended stay in another room. The following morning I was charged $282 on my Chime Bank card but was denied by my bank. The manager took it upon herself to then use my Marine Federal Card that was never used with this establishment. I assume she did this fraudulent transaction per my information on Hotels.com. Had issues with the checkin process, and there was a fight in the room next door that required the police to come on scene.

We stopped here after dropping our son off to Camp Lejune. The first room we were given seemed clean but when I cut the light on in the bathroom, there was a big water bug in the sink. I called the front desk and she told me to come get another room and she’d put in a Maintenence order. While at the front desk we were approached by another guest who had been moved twice since she checked in because of issues with her room.
