Unsatisfied Extremely mediocre. Hotel was smelly and room was not clean. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

bad housecleaning i was giving a room that still had not been cleaned and dirty

Not happy I would not recommend this property to anyone. Now I stayed at an extended stay in New York which was much better and they changed the linen everyday. They did not change the linens everyday here and when asked they told me if I want it done everyday it’s an $11 charge plus tax per day. The room had a foul odor to it.

Don’t stay here!! When we arrived we were told that our room that was prepaid was given away. After 20 minutes, we were given a room with no coffee pot, only 1 pillow, a non-functioning shower, and lamps with broken switches. The room was dirty and we were afraid to go without socks.

I showed up for my reservation that I made well in advance and was turned away. They told me they overbooked and threw a piece of paper at me and told me they were sending me to another location. She told me she wasn't sure why no one called me. When I got to the other property they told me the first location couldn't do that and they didn't have any rooms either. She was beyond rude and condescending and talked to me like I was an annoyance. We will never book with this hotel again.

Terrible The stay was not good at all! The rooms were very dirty, smoke odor and overall not kept up. We were told the rooms get cleaned every 7 days!

The room was dirty and smelled bad. It was not worth what we paid and i will never stay there again.
