Never again will I book this place Forget this place. Went to check in and they overbooked. Did do anything but hold the door open. Sure the night audit clerk was apologetic but they knew what they were doing to get the revenue even though my room was guaranteed late check in. Not a happy camper.

It’s location was ok to what we wanted to do. The rooms did not offer the basic in room coffee pot. It did have plastic cups . The bathroom was not very clean the sink still had toothpaste on top, and walls still had splatter on them. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean but blankets were not warm. For a stay of one night it was ok.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. Customer service was horrible in every way! Very rude!!! Will never book with Extended Stay ever again!!!!!!!

We booked the room in Deer park and they over booked the hotel and sent us 6 miles to another extended stay. When we got to the room the bed sheets had not been changed and had crumbs on them, we had to change our own sheets. The bathroom faucet was corroded at the base and the towel rack was pulled from the wall and stuck under the sink cabinet. The whole place is in need of a rehab.

Ive stayed many times with this fanchise. Always a great experience and this time i had the king studio. Never seen this floor plan but great tons of room. Only issue water in shower did not drain properly.

Dog Friendly with a Slight Smell of Popcorn Hallways smelt of burnt popcorn. It would have been nice to have a couple of dishes to use in the room. Room was quiet. They were dog friendly, which was a big plus. Outside around the hotel was a bit litter strewn, but it might have just been the cleaners day off.
