The room was dirty and lacked basic necessities , but Mya did all she could to find everything our family needed!

Check in took longer than normal then we were given a room that had not been cleaned. There was no continental breakfast other than coffee and breakfast bars.

Disappointed People across the hall was smoking weed. Smell was coming thru the door. Shower walls was dirty and the bed sheets looks like they had been slept on and not changed. There were hair in the bed closet to the bathroom room

The tub was brown. The sink didn’t have a knob. Didn’t supply enough towels and wash cloths for a 6 person room. The staff was very nice. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast sucked
