Made the reservation through Hotels.com. had a reservation number. Was treated rude and was told that they did not have any more rooms and that my booking was wrong. DID NOT STAY AND WAS TURNED AWAY.

We had a late check in and arrived very late with entire family. They wouldn’t even open front door to talk to us and jist said we gave away your room amd cancelled the reservation. No call. No message. 2 am amd no where to sleep. Never again should anyone stay at these hotel. Worst chain everywhere.

The property and rooms smells like smoke. Cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. My room was a nonsmoking room and it still was infested with smoke even in the hallways. There’s no ice machine for ice or no breakfast or pool area

FIlthy, non-working aircon, broken stove, broken shower. no amenities, not even coffee!!! Trash outside and scary patrons.

Guests with friends that require service dogs Rooms are not the worst. Most of the Employees are awesome kind and helpful. The first night someone had burnt something on the stove and it smelled like a dead body and they didn't do anything about it. Didn't spray or air it out nothing. Only reason I stayed so many days is because I'm waiting on my new place to be finished. And the third night I noticed roaches. The staff was fine when I checked in. Whenever I check out I normally just leave the keys in the room and go straight to my car instead of checking out to leave. I wasn’t gonna write this review that’s why it’s so late but as I’m on here booking another stay in Jacksonville I came across this horrendous place on the list.
