The smell once you walk into the hotel was alarming and walked into Roach infested really bad, dirty refrigerator. Was not able to stay it was so bad.

It was a spacious unit, but we killed maybe 16-20 roaches, we were going to just check into another hotel but it was to late at night. Luckily they weren’t in the bed, but I’ll never book here again

I booked a suite with two double beds. when I arrived at 8pm, they said 'we have a policy that if checkin not done by 6pm then they give up the room to another. This is unacceptable. If I did not cancel within 24 hours, they get my money. AND they book the room to another. They are dishonest and greedy. low integrity. no way to run a business.

Nada Muy sucio el cuarto. Se olvidaron limpiar. Y había cucarachas. No vuelvo jamás .

I paid for 3 nights and literally left after 15 minutes. The place was so filthy, my wife and I walked out. If that room is any indication of every room the facility needs to be condemned

Não voltarei. Esperava mais porque ja foquei em.alguns hoteis da rede. Mal entrei em um quarto já pedi para trocar: chuveiro sem cortina, um chwiro horrivel, gavetas quebradas. Um horror. Café da manhã medíocre. Esse sistema é comum nos EUA, mas nunca vi algo tão ruim. A região é boa, há outros hotéis que podem ser opção.

Property was pretty with a pond like area, but reeked of fecal matter. Bathtub had hair everywhere from previous person. Drain stopper for bath tub was ripped out. TV was extremely wonky. Staff was pretty helpful, but that was about it.

Hotel room had bugs around refrigerator and kitchen sink. Shower curtain was falling of curtain rod, hotel room had a stuffy smell,and people were constantly hanging out around the entrances and exits.
