After I arrived to the hotel, they told me that is no available rooms

We got lost trying to find the right motel. In the process I lost my suitcase when we were riding around looking for one of 3 ExtendedStay motels. You need to change the names to make them different from each other because google maps has no idea which one to direct anyone to. It was the night from hell!
Hotel was not clean and was ghetto
I booked my room 2 hours prior and was told that room ls were full even though they were 10 rooms left. The front desk said that 3 rooms weren’t clean for vacancy.
No cleaning just stealing housekeeper
The place was dirty noisy and expensive.
