My wife and I arrived after being on the rode 7.5 hours just for the night audit person to not answer the door. I assume they were in there sleeping. But I never received keys. My wife and eye ended up sleeping in the car in a parking deck. I am still waiting on the refund the GM promised.

We reserved this hotel because we needed a pet friendly hotel. I dont think quality should be compromised for it. Staff was ok, quick check in. The carpet in the room were stained all over, bathroom shower were not that clean, elevator switch was broken on our floor, the breakfast was coffee and a nuts bar. We witnessed people carrying drunk people, people walking covered with towels on the hallways. It was truly a shocking experience for my kids. Brand and price were a factor but we got it wrong

Paid for the stay thru expedia, paid the pet fee upon arrival. The clerk said the transaction didnt go thru. It actual did, and it was $100 more, 158.02 Paid a second time, 56.34. Disputing the charge.

Bad policies We were unable to stay as they were overbooked and my reservation should never have been taken through this site the customer service agent was very helpful but the refund policy is terrible it will take a week or more for me to get my funds back and I needed them to book a room elsewhere The mistake was due to hotels.com and the hotel overlooking and I had to sleep in the car for the night
