When I arrived at the hotel they told me that Expedia had overbooked the hotel that night and that they had no room for me, despite that I had pre-paid for the room. What a joke!!

Our room had an overflowing garbage can under the sink that had not been cleaned out since the last guest. It smelled horrible. The bathroom sink would not drain very fast so it stayed plugged up. The floors were so dirty my son's feet turned black within a matter of hourse.

There was cockroaches everywhere , black bugs and spiders everywhere, that we had to cut our stay short. It was disgusting. They were in the microwave, fridge and everywhere.

Cleanliness of room not up to standard. Sink stopped up. Dingy and dark and the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Unprofessional front desk on personal FaceTime call during checkin.
