Cheap hotel Cheap hotel. Get what you pay for. No towels and poor cleanliness.

Did not feel safe People hanging around lobby out side people just staring at us made us feel very uncomfortable so we left checked in at Holiday inn express

Highly Disappointed Place had a horrible odor. Felt as though I was in the land of the living dead. People hanging around outside all the day and night. I was just very uncomfortable, and did not get much rest. Was very concerned for my safety. Will NEVER stay there again.

Beware! Not a safe place to stay. Odd smells in the hallway and people wandering the parking lot. I did not feel safe and staff was accommodating me with a refund.

Bed bugs - RUN!!!! The place has bed bugs, stunk, phone and outlets didn’t work. I posted on Twitter about this horrible stay. I’d never recommend this hotel or hotels.com to anyone every again.

Rude beyond belief Front desk clerk should never be anywhere in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. I have never experienced such a sullen, uncooperative, rude representative. I arrived to an empty reception desk and waited six or seven minutes for Deja to show up. Was sent to a room with lots of beer cans and empty wine bottles and unmade beds and in general a wreck. Room smelled of cigarettes and was not properly cleaned before we checked in. Had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter to check us in when we arrived.

Ok I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but as soon as we got out of the elevator to head to our room you were slapped in the face with the smell of smoke. Our room was worse, it stated to be a non-smoking room but smelled like someone literally smoked a whole pack in there. Didn’t bother asking for a diff room figured if the hallway smelled all rooms would be the same. Only needed it for one night of sleeping only but if I were to have needed to stay longer I would have switched hotels.

Very poor customer service.dirty would never recommend it to anyone.ypur staff behind the front desk wasn't wasn't dress appropriate.
