Nice, clean room. Kitchen was fine, not pots or cooking stuff but I didn't know we would have a kitchen. Staff was friendly and personable. Parking was fine, $10 per night, would have liked it to be free.

The hotel was being remodeled so to leave a fair review I can only review my stay. Our room was remodeled so they said. The TV did not work our entire stay and nobody fixed it. My husband asked a couple of times. There was no hair dryer. The bathroom sink was very slow in the water going down. Our room was not cleaned ir bed made while we were there. The hotel is presumably undergoing renovations and improvements. That's good news -- it needs it. Our room was clean, but in disrepair, with broken drawers, unattached molding around the 'kitchenette', burners that did not work. It's in a dicey (yet nice, with the adjacent riverwalk) part of town, hence, locked outside doors that require a key card. Staff was friendly & knowledgable, with the security deposit ($100) returned in the advised 'few days'. All in all, OK.

We stayed in a freshly remodeled room on the 3rd floor. Close to riverwalk.
I did not have a pet. The kitchen did not have any supplies to cook. The hotel itself downgraded our room. I still have file a claim. I was not given an updated receipt for proof. It could not be printed.

It did have a kitchen that could have been utilized if there was flatware, utensils, drink ware and cookware. The A/C was great, keep the room at a nice 65 degrees. It was very nice but was dated, overall a good place to stay.

The fridge in my room was stained like it had not been cleaned well or for a long time. The bathroom vent was very dusty and very loud. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls were thin as well. I heard the neighbors' whole conversation the night I stood there.
