Rooms seem clean but furniture was really old and used.

Good location Location is better than it first appears. The san Marco area was very close with numerous restaurants and a tram nearby that goes downtown. Only complaints were Hotels.com said breakfast included but was just coffee and pre packaged muffins. Also could really hear people walking above.
I had a wonderful stay it was peaceful and the staff was wonderful. I would stay again and I would recommend
