Big Improvement I've had bad experiences here in the past, but it was clear they are turning this hotel around. The lobby is clean, and the hallway had fresh paint and was clean. Room was updated and clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall stay. Its clear they are trying hard to improve this hotel.

The renovation was exceptional and the staff was too. Especially it was great to see the well mannered Alaska Native clerk checking me in. A coffee pot was waiting for me in the room the staff that took my request for one, was on it. I was treated like royalty. TY

Location for airport stop overs is great otherwise it is a mediocre hotel. Most of the room furniture is wore out including the beds

Never again. The airport being conveniently located across the street is about the only good thing in regards to this location. The whole place smells bad. Their idea of a "grab and go breakfast" was a basket of stale chocolate chip granola bars. Barking dogs are allowed to carry on in guest rooms. The bed in my room felt like it was out of a 1980s Motel 6. And I'm pretty sure I saw blood splatter in my bathroom from a needle injection. At $250 a night - I expect a lot more.
