We stayed at this property when we were down in Juneau with our dogs who were having surgery. We selected this hotel because it allows dogs. On check in, everything was fine. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and our room was fine. We stayed three nights. Couple of things stood out for us. We selected this hotel because it came with a kitchenette and, travelling with two dogs, we knew we’d have to eat takeout or cook in the room. There were no dishes in the room! The hotel was not as great especially the bath tub.

The staff were helpful & friendly. Comfortable beds & the best bit for me travelling without a car & an elderly father was the 5 minute walk to the airport door!

Excellent location, can’t stay any closer to Juneau airport, was in the room 10 minutes after deplaning. Only disappointment - no coffee services in room, and no signage telling guests it’s in the lobby. I didn’t know there was coffee in the lobby till I checked out and would’ve liked to have coffee when I wake up.

Extremely clean and definitely the place to stay if you have an early flight out--you just have to walk across the street. Only negative is that there's nowhere good to eat nearby. Burger place within walking distance is dreadful. Hotel is great.
