I had a great stay overall at the hotel, but I would say the breakfast was the worst I've ever had at any motel -- including ones I paid less to stay at.

They do not clean the rooms and restock towels daily, in fact room was not cleaned in the 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. Staff was nice for the most part.

Very close and convenient to the airport. Dan at the front desk was awesome and courteous checking in so many of us that were there at the same time. would stay here again if in the area.

I was in Juneau to attend my nieces wedding. The property is a right next to the airport and provides a central location between downtown and "out the road, for example Eagle Beach." Their is also a nice kitchenette which comes in handy. However, it was an unusually hot week in Juneau and the air conditioning in the room didn't work. We opened the window, but then we heard jets landing. I mentioned the air conditioning issue several times, however it was never fixed. Also, the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain. Very convenient to the airport, but breakfast was lacking..very difficult to get a second cup of coffee....morning staff too busy.
