Nice hotel, walking distance to airport and bus Nice hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Noise in the hotel was the biggest draw back- dogs barking and door slamming, all through the night. Hotel has nice rooms and features such as grab n go breakfast and around the clock tea and coffee.

Close to airport Convenient location - close to airport and bus line which was nice since I was visiting without a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The walls were thin and it was sometimes a little noisy but otherwise a decent, lower budget place to stay.

Great location This hotel was super close to the airport. We were able to walk there when our flight landed. We did not have any issues with airport noise either. We were also able to walk to the city bus stop and ride into town. The hotel let us keep our luggage there after checkout since we had a flight in the evening.

Great Location in Juneau My family with two small children loved the pool, and liked the proximity to the airport, a short walk across the street. Also it was away from downtown, but very close to beaches and glacier park. It was easy to obtain all you need for the kitchen, and other convenience items from the helpful staff. The pool was clean and plenty of towels. The room had no working air conditioning controls, which was odd.

Extremely convenient! Although a very slow check-in, the location (right across from the airport) was extremely convenient! Even with the very close proximity to the airport we were not disturbed by plane noise. Vey homey feel. Grab and go breakfast could have used more choices, but the coffee was very good and always available. We spent a week in two rooms and had no complaints during our stay.

Walking distance from Juneau's airport This is a decent hotel. Room was ample, clean and accommodating. Stores and restaurants are also at walking distance. Rudy at the front desk was an outstanding helpful person: full of information and very resourceful. Downtown Juneau is about 20 minutes away in taxi (around $ 30.00) or 30 minutes by bus (only $ 2.00 per person). We enjoyed our 4 nights here. I recommend it.

Convenient to airport and most of downtown Great staff! We had 5 traveling, and needed a lot of small things, such as access to a room to store our things while sightseeing and waitin for our flight. The staff was responsive, and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was nothing special, and not nearly enough for the 3 boys on our trip.

some problems, but OK PROS location - 1/10 mile from airport, easy walk with carry-on only, close to shopping & other services cost - high by most standards, but low compared to other area places during tourist season room - clean CONS check in - one guy on duty, seemed swamped by 4-5 people checking in at once. took more than 5 minutes each check in - told only room type we had selected had bad fridge; subsequently said it worked. actually it did but very noisy breakfast - coffee, hot water, and packaged pastries (think tw... read more
