Mediocre housekeeping moved rating from 4 to 3 I stayed here five nights, flew to Sitka for three days, then came back here for another night. This review will cover both stays.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Within walking distance to the airport.

Easy access to airport. Staff was pleasant and room was big. Breakfast bar was small, not what I am used to; no toast or juice, just coffee and muffins.

Business trip Nice hotel close to airport. $20+ cab ride each way to downtown. Hotel has a shuttle but it only was running twice a day and not on my schedule

Nothing fancy, but good location. The facilities are OK. But mattresses, sheets and towels are tired. Towels seem very used and mattress of low quality. It's a decent enough place to stay, but I'd describe it as bare-bones.
Close to airport I left my I phone charger in room walked to airport and didn't have it. Called when got to destination and there was no trace of my charger. Come on folks. I won't stay in a place where housekeeping is allowed to keep what is found in rooms. I travel a lot and have experienced trustworthy staff. Disappointed
Nice hotel convenient for any transportation My stay in this hotel is very comfortable. Looking at the airport with the mountains on the background.
